Private and Non-Commercial use

1. Free Use – The People's Map is free for private Non-Commercial use. Private Non-Commercial use includes the following:
   • Any use by an individual for his/her personal enjoyment or the enjoyment of his/her family.
2. Generally Free Use – In addition to the above, the following uses will also generally be allowed without charge subject to obtaining consent in advance from the People's Map company.
   • Use by small private local clubs for Non-Commercial purposes. Such clubs include Scouts/Guides and local children's activity groups (orienteering, football, camping etc.)
   • Use by charities for Non-Commercial purposes. This includes volunteer groups involved activities such as riding for the disabled, holidays for the disadvantaged etc.
   • Use by schools and hospitals for 'extra-curricular' activities which are not funded by normal school/hospital budgets
3. Free Use Prohibited – Private Non-Commercial uses excludes the following:
   • Any use by a commercial organisation whether or not the use is itself commercial in nature
   • Any use by a publicly-funded organisation unless covered under Section 2 above
